Player terms & conditions

This academy player application is made between Elite Delta FC, Asaba, Delta State, and the player named above. Elite Delta FC is a football club with a mandate to raise future stars and afford players the opportunity to achieve their aims in football. In line with that vision, academy players train to bring out the best in them.

Registration fee: ₦50,000 (fifty thousand naira) only, and a monthly subscription fee of ₦10,000 (ten thousand naira) only.
An academy player shall be committed, dedicated, punctual, and loyal to Elite Delta Football Club.
An academy player shall not feature for another team for any reason while contracted to Elite Delta FC.
Any academy player who features for another team shall be fined as may be determined by the management of Elite Delta FC.
Dues shall be paid only when the need arises.
An academy player shall only miss training under genuine and reasonable conditions, and permission must be sought first.
An academy player that misses training or matches without prior approval shall be fined as may be determined by management.
If an academy player consistently misses training or matches without approval, management may terminate the contract.
Lateness to training and matches attracts such fine as may be determined by management.
This contract may be terminated by either party. If terminated by the player, the player shall pay such compensation as may be determined by team management.
All information and ID details provided (including date of birth and NIN) are valid and authentic. Any false information may lead to termination of the application or contract.

Guarantor’s declaration

I, the guarantor named above, hereby confirm that the player named in this application has been known to me for the years and relationship stated, and I declare as follows:

All information and ID tendered for this purpose are valid and authentic. Any false information may lead to termination of the application or contract.
I confirm that the player’s house address as provided is valid and correct.
I confirm that the player is of good character, fit and proper to be considered as a player of Elite Delta FC.
On the strength of this, I accept to be the player’s guarantor, to produce the player when required, and to indemnify Elite Delta FC for any loss or liability incurred as a result of the player’s action, inaction, negligence, or fraud.
If I am unable to produce the player, or if the player is unable in their own capacity to remedy Elite Delta FC within 48 hours for any loss or liability suffered because of the player’s action, inaction, negligence, or fraud, I as the guarantor accept to remedy or refund Elite Delta FC for that loss or liability.
